The rooms are very spacious and have solar hot water and a kettle, and the staff is friendly.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Anjuna, had much fun. The staff was amicable providing the information. We were in a quiet location so close to great restaurants and many shops, and main beach road. It also was next to ALL the beautiful local food places.

Free WiFi throughout the property: The internet connection was so reliable that it felt like I was surfing the web at the speed of light! I could easily stream my favorite shows without any buffering, making my stay at the guest house even more enjoyable.

Poor sound isolation: The noise level was sometimes a bit distracting.

The location is perfect, with beautiful local food places and the beach just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the sunset. The owners were friendly and helpful, assisting us with bike hire and bus tickets. I highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly guest house near the ocean. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. There was also a great restaurant nearby where we enjoyed delicious meals. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a TV, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We even had breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding trees and flowers. It was a wonderful experience!

I stayed at Arjun Villa for 10 days and had an amazing time. Joan and Godfrey, the owners, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I knew where everything was and helping with any problems. The villa is centrally located and only a 5-minute walk to the ocean. The rooms were comfortable with cold refrigerators, and the wifi worked well for basic internet tasks. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and it's definitely one of my favorite stops in my backpacking journey since 1973.
